Keller Williams Realty Gainesville is seeking a Real Estate Photography Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the art and science of real estate photography. You will work alongside experienced photographers and marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience in capturing stunning visual content that helps sell properties and showcases our brand’s excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers on-site with equipment setup, lighting adjustments, and property preparation.
- Learn and apply staging techniques to enhance property appeal for photos and videos.
- Transport and manage photography equipment safely to and from various property locations.
- Support in organizing and cataloging digital assets.
- Shadow and learn post-production techniques, including photo editing and video processing.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with agents and homeowners.
- Ensure all photography schedules are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual marketing strategies.
