Job Description
Are you a warm, organised, and vibrant individual looking to be the welcoming face of a thriving boutique in the heart of South Yarra? The Willow Collective is seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
As the first point of contact for our valued clientele, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors or connect with us digitally. We are looking for someone with an impeccable professional presence, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting our boutique’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique.
- Efficiently manage the appointment book, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects our boutique's aesthetic.
- Process customer transactions and manage basic point-of-sale operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including mail, emails, and inventory support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive client experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
