Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our esteemed medical team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on their needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medical information, and patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Participate in professional development activities and continuous learning.
Required Skills
- Active registration as a General Nurse (RGN) from country of origin.
- Eligibility for U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma (e.g., successful completion of NCLEX or scheduled for examination).
- Demonstrated clinical competency in general nursing practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic).
