Job Description

RBC is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Remote Appointment Setters. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, identifying their financial needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our financial advisors. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal role for entry-level candidates passionate about communication and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce RBC's financial products and services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their financial goals and identify potential needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for financial advisors using established criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors to optimize appointment schedules and follow-up processes.
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets and key performance indicators.
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines for client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software (training provided).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
