Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% remote and focuses on ensuring our tech-focused customers achieve maximum value from Atlassian products. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and proactively guide them through their journey, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and align Atlassian solutions to achieve their goals.
- Monitor customer health and usage, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute success plans, tailored to individual customer needs and strategic priorities.
- Facilitate product training, best practice sharing, and support to ensure optimal product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and marketing teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with Atlassian product developments and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS or technology company (minimum 36 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or similar project management/collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in a remote capacity.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) or IT service management (ITSM).
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth.
