Job Description

You will play a crucial part in reviewing and processing government claims accurately and efficiently, all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify government claims applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter claim data into our secure internal systems with a high degree of precision.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information.
  • Adhere strictly to all government regulations, policies, and internal procedures regarding claims processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive claimant information.
