Job Description
We’re searching for enthusiastic, digital-native Gen Z and teen creators to join our remote team. If you live and breathe memes, understand viral trends, and have a natural flair for creating engaging content that resonates with your peers, this is for you! This 100% remote, part-time role is perfect for someone looking to turn their social media savvy into a paid opportunity, with full training provided. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our clients’ online presence and viral impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and interpret emerging meme trends and viral content across various social media platforms.
- Create original, engaging, and culturally relevant memes, short videos, and other viral content tailored for Gen Z and teen audiences.
- Collaborate closely with our content strategists and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and execution strategies.
- Ensure all created content aligns with specific brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience preferences.
- Stay perpetually up-to-date with new social media platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices for maximizing content reach and engagement.
Required Skills
- A deep, intuitive understanding of internet culture, current memes, and all things viral trends.
- Proficiency and active engagement with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Natural creativity, a keen eye for engaging visuals, and a strong sense of humor applicable to digital content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a 100% remote work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for online collaboration.
- No prior professional experience is required; we value passion, potential, and a fresh perspective above all.
