Job Description
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) plays a crucial role in our sales process by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building rapport and understanding their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. We provide comprehensive training, scripts, and systems to ensure your success, even if you’sre new to real estate sales. Your primary goal will be to identify motivated buyers and sellers and efficiently transfer them to our expert field agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, and email.
- Qualify prospective clients based on established criteria (motivation, timeline, financial capability).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and provide detailed introductions for field agents.
- Utilize CRM software to track all communication and lead progress.
- Follow proven sales scripts and objection handling techniques.
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to market changes and sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
