Job Description

Salesloft is seeking a driven Remote SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of SaaS sales, build a strong foundation, and contribute directly to our revenue growth. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers through various outreach methods. No prior direct SaaS sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success. This role offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within defined market segments.
  • Utilize various prospecting tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Initiate outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage with prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to assess their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT).
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features.
