Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide essential weekend support. This 100% remote role requires a dedicated individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and support our teams to ensure smooth weekend operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining productivity and assisting various departments during non-weekday hours, leveraging your strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails and other communications promptly and professionally during weekend hours.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events as required.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
- Conduct online research and compile information from various sources.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and managers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with financial services terminology or industry practices.
