Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Care Workers for the night shift in Nuneaton. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in care, as full training will be provided – no previous experience is necessary! As a Night Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the individuals we support during the overnight hours. You will assist residents with their personal care needs, administer medication, monitor their health, and maintain a supportive and homely environment. Your commitment will enable our residents to live with dignity and respect, providing peace of mind to them and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents during the night, respecting their choices and privacy.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as required.
- Administer medication according to individual care plans and company policies.
- Conduct regular welfare checks and observations throughout the night, reporting any changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and daily logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any overnight emergencies or challenging situations.
- Ensure the residential environment remains safe, clean, and comfortable.
- Prepare for the morning routine, ensuring residents wake up to a positive start.
- Engage in appropriate training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
