Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Central Square, Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in restaurant operations, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be instrumental in maintaining Cava’s high standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
