Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our dynamic consulting team in Mobile, Alabama. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver significant value to our clients. You will work on diverse projects across various industries, leveraging leading RPA platforms to automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions, including process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing RPA bots and automation processes.
- Ensure the quality and robustness of RPA solutions through thorough testing and debugging.
- Adhere to best practices, security standards, and governance policies in RPA development.
- Participate in client workshops and presentations to demonstrate RPA capabilities and progress.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development with a strong understanding of RPA methodologies.
- Proficiency with at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of programming concepts; experience with C#, .NET, Python, or Java is a plus.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- RPA developer certification (UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer Accreditation).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
