Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Rubber Molding Factory Helper. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will work in a comfortable, warm environment, assisting with various stages of the rubber molding process. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow within a leading industrial company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators in the setup and operation of rubber molding machinery.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from molding presses.
- Perform basic visual quality checks on molded parts.
- Trim, deburr, and finish rubber components according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and procedures as required.
- Support material handling and other general factory tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
