Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Omaha, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.
