Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Scaffolder’s Assistant to join our dynamic team in Warrnambool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the construction industry, particularly in scaffolding. You will work closely with experienced scaffolders on various projects, often involving high work, assisting in the safe and efficient erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified scaffolders in the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Transport and handle scaffolding materials and equipment on site.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean, maintained, and stored correctly.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures, company policies, and relevant Australian Standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and following instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
