Job Description
Riverside Preparatory Academy is seeking an exceptional and dynamic School Principal / Headmaster to lead our esteemed institution. This pivotal leadership role requires a visionary educator with a profound commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and faculty development. The Headmaster will be responsible for overseeing all operational, educational, and administrative functions of the school, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the academic and co-curricular programs.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and evaluation of all faculty and staff members.

- Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities effectively and responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with all educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

- Represent the school at various community events and professional gatherings.
