Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Washington D.C. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies for a portfolio of our premium hotel brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and brand positioning to drive brand equity and business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, digital marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure brand consistency and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned hotel brands, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional) from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality brand assets and communications.
- Monitor brand performance using key metrics, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Support new product development and innovation initiatives for the assigned brands.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively, ensuring ROI on marketing investments.
- Present brand strategies, campaign results, and market insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably within the hospitality, CPG, or luxury goods sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with global brand management or working with international markets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
