Job Description

Foot Locker in Cranbrook is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, assisting them in finding products that meet their style and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising new arrivals and restocking shelves.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and new releases within the sneaker and streetwear categories.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing stock, and performing cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay informed about current sneaker trends, brand stories, and product knowledge to better serve customers.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
