XPO Logistics is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Soap & Candle Packaging Workers at our Paterson, NJ facility. In this entry-level, on-site position, you will be responsible for the meticulous final presentation of beautiful soaps and aromatic candles. We are looking for individuals who appreciate quality and have a keen eye for detail. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to a fantastic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect soaps and candles for quality assurance before packaging.
- Package finished products into boxes, ensuring proper fit, protection, and aesthetic appeal.
- Apply labels, ribbons, and other decorative elements according to specific product guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Capable of performing light physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and repetitive hand motions.
