Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Solar Farm Groundskeeper to join our team in Terre Haute, IN. This is a full-time, permanent position involving primarily outdoor work to maintain the pristine condition and operational efficiency of our solar energy sites. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging around solar panels and facility perimeters.
- Clear debris, trash, and vegetation overgrowth to prevent shading of solar panels and maintain site aesthetics.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct basic visual inspections of the solar farm for potential issues and report findings to management.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team or independently.

Preferred Qualifications
