Job Description

Caribou Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic Specialty Tea / Coffee Retailer to join our team in a bustling mall environment in Jonesboro. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our specialty product offerings, focusing on exciting product tastings and educating customers on our premium teas and unique coffee blends. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training!
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage mall visitors, offering samples of specialty teas and coffee blends.
- Educate customers on product origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
- Drive sales of packaged coffee, tea, and related merchandise.
- Maintain attractive and clean product displays and tasting stations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making personalized recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of specialty products.
- Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
