Job Description
Join GNC as a Sports Nutrition Store Advisor and become a key part of our mission to inspire healthier living. You will be responsible for advising customers on our extensive range of sports nutrition and supplement products, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for health and fitness, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers to help them achieve their wellness objectives. Success in this position is rewarded with competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their health, fitness, and sports nutrition goals.
- Provide expert advice and personalized product recommendations from GNC's product line.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Educate customers on product safety, proper dosage, and potential interactions.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
