Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including aisles, checkout areas, and restrooms.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product display according to company standards.
- Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing backroom inventory, and preparing products for sale.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process (full training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve store goals and uphold Publix's high standards of quality and service.
- Support store management in various operational tasks as needed, contributing to overall store efficiency.
