Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Night Replenishment Assistants. This full-time position offers a premium hourly rate and an immediate start for the right candidates. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and products are beautifully displayed for our morning customers. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and process incoming freight deliveries during overnight shifts.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including aisles and backroom areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely after proper training.
- Assist with inventory counts and product resets as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure store readiness for opening.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product placement and rotation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality for overnight shifts.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a retail or warehouse setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, grocery, or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management or stock rotation practices.
- Experience operating a pallet jack or similar equipment (training provided).
