Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Systems Data Auditor to join our team in Parramatta. In this ongoing role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our critical data systems. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and working collaboratively with various teams to implement corrective measures. This position is vital for maintaining the reliability of our information and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc data audits across various internal systems to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, errors, and potential compliance issues through detailed analysis.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Document audit findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with IT, business operations, and compliance teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement preventative controls.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar data analysis tools).
  • Understanding of data management principles and best practices.
