Job Description
As a Tanning Salon Consultant, you will be the face of Golden Glow Tanning Studio, responsible for greeting clients, educating them on tanning options and products, processing sales, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the salon. Your role is crucial in ensuring every client receives a positive and professional experience from start to finish. This role combines sales, customer service, and essential cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Educate clients on tanning packages, lotions, and memberships, driving sales through product knowledge and persuasive communication.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and appointments.
- Maintain salon cleanliness by sanitizing tanning beds and rooms after each use, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and facility checks.
- Restock products and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all salon policies and safety guidelines.
