Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Teppanyaki Grill Scraper for after-hours cleaning services. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients’ Teppanyaki grills are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards after operating hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for scraping, degreasing, and sanitizing Teppanyaki cooking surfaces and surrounding areas, following strict cleaning protocols. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in specialized commercial cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough scraping and cleaning of Teppanyaki grills and flat-top cooking surfaces.
- Degrease and sanitize all accessible parts of the grill and workstation according to established procedures.
- Remove food debris, grease, and carbon buildup using specialized tools and cleaning agents.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and safely.
- Clean and maintain the immediate surrounding areas of the Teppanyaki station.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the cleaning process.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently during after-hours shifts.

- Reliable transportation to and from various client locations in Tulsa.
