Job Description
Are you ready to bring high energy and a big smile to our guests this summer? Gorge Adventure Park is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Theme Park Attendants to join our dynamic team. This temporary summer position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the action, ensuring our visitors have a safe and memorable time. We provide full training, so no prior experience is necessary – just a passion for fun and excellent customer service!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor various park attractions and rides.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all safety protocols and park rules are followed by guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general park information.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest needs and emergencies.
- Handle ride evacuations and other emergency procedures according to training.
- Conduct routine checks of ride equipment and report any issues.
Required Skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not essential, but a plus).
- Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) check or willingness to obtain one.
