Key Responsibilities
- Directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely around roadworks, construction sites, and special events.
- Setting up, maintaining, and dismantling traffic management equipment including signs, cones, and barriers according to approved plans.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with site personnel, pedestrians, and motorists.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all WHS procedures and traffic management plans to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conducting regular site checks to ensure equipment is in good condition and correctly positioned.
- Responding to changing site conditions and adapting traffic management strategies as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Previous experience in outdoor work or a physically demanding role (desirable but not essential).
- First Aid certification.
