Job Description

No prior experience in mental health is required! We believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this vital role. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate one-on-one and group support to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Support the implementation of care plans under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Observe and accurately report on the physical, emotional, and mental state of service users.
  • Facilitate social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
  • Participate actively in all provided training and professional development sessions.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all service users.
