Job Description

No prior experience in mental health is required! Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one and group support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Support the implementation of care plans under the guidance of senior staff.
- Observe and accurately report on the physical, emotional, and mental state of service users.
- Facilitate social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Participate actively in all provided training and professional development sessions.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all service users.
