Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
- Assist with medication administration as per training and care plans.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote well-being.
- Assist with light household duties and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies and procedures.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (can be obtained during training).
- Experience in a customer service or volunteer role.
