Job Description

Regions Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Department as an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career, as full training will be provided. The primary responsibility of this role will be to accurately input, verify, and maintain financial data within our systems, supporting critical treasury operations. A mandatory background check is required for this position to ensure the security and integrity of our financial data. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain various types of financial data into treasury management systems and databases.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports by gathering and organizing relevant data.
  • Support the Treasury team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
