Job Description

  • Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends.
