Key Responsibilities

  • Manage virtual reception duties, including scheduling and confirming telehealth appointments.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Assist patients with virtual visit setup and technical troubleshooting.
  • Process new patient registrations and verify insurance details.
  • Coordinate with medical practitioners to optimize their virtual clinic schedules.
  • Adhere to all patient privacy regulations (e.g., PHIPA, HIPAA) and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Participate actively in all paid training sessions to develop expertise in telehealth administration.
