Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Membership Sales Associate to join our dynamic team, specializing in supporting gyms and clubs across the UK. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging potential new members, and providing exceptional customer service, all from the comfort of your home office. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through the benefits of various club memberships and helping them find the perfect fit for their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective gym and club members via phone, email, and virtual platforms to explain membership options and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new membership sign-ups.
- Provide comprehensive information on club facilities, services, and pricing structures.
- Conduct virtual tours or presentations of partner gyms/clubs when applicable.
- Handle objections and overcome sales hurdles with professionalism and persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with partner gyms and clubs to understand their specific offerings and promotions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all potential members, from initial contact to membership activation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a remote environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
