Job Description
Join PwC Australia as a Virtual Officer and play a crucial role in supporting our teams and clients across the nation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading professional services firm from the comfort of your home base. As a Virtual Officer, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with diverse stakeholders across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, directors, and teams across Australia.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange virtual conferences.
- Prepare, edit, and format various documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle email correspondence and manage inbox filters effectively.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and organizing resources.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial administration tasks.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Required Skills
