Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and have a knack for planning unforgettable experiences? MGM Resorts International is seeking a Virtual Travel Itinerary Planner to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries for clients, ranging from leisure getaways to complex international adventures. We are looking for individuals with excellent organizational skills, a creative mind, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to curate personalized itineraries.
- Present travel options and recommendations to clients, clearly outlining details and costs.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide comprehensive travel documentation and essential information to clients before their trip.
- Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their travel journey, addressing any concerns or changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, industry regulations, and global events.
- Collaborate with a team of travel professionals to share insights and best practices.
- Utilize travel planning software and online resources efficiently.
