Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our WFH Customer Service Team for a Day Shift role. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing top-tier support to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries related to Sky products and services, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer journey. We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to billing, technical support, and service activation.
- Provide accurate information about Sky's products, services, and promotions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective problem-solving.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathise with customers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the telecommunications or media industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Experience working in a remote or home-based role.
- NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent qualification.
