Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Work From Home Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our top-tier executives. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of daily activities for senior leadership, managing complex schedules, communications, and projects with discretion and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives by handling all logistical and administrative demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required by executives.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks and timelines.
- Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets.
- Maintain an organised digital filing system for executive documents.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
