Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Blind Assembly Worker to join our light manufacturing team in Dorval. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of various types of window blinds and shades, ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the assembly process. Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble window blind components according to specifications and work orders.
  • Operate light machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect components and finished products for quality defects.

  • Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
