No prior experience is required – we are looking for candidates eager to learn, who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to build a skilled career. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to become a proficient fabricator, playing a crucial role in creating high-quality window and door systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs to learn fabrication techniques and safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium or timber frames and components according to specifications.
- Install glass, hardware, and seals into window and door frames.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
