Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home Podcast Listeners & Reviewers. This is an entry-level, 100% remote position perfect for anyone with a passion for podcasts and a keen ear for detail, regardless of prior experience. You will play a crucial role in evaluating new and existing podcast content, providing valuable feedback that directly contributes to the quality and success of our productions. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to a diverse range of podcasts across various genres and formats.
- Provide constructive, detailed, and objective feedback on content quality, audio production, pacing, and overall listener experience.
- Complete review forms and surveys accurately and thoroughly within specified deadlines.
- Identify and articulate areas for improvement, as well as highlight standout elements of each podcast.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased and sensitive content.
- Collaborate effectively with the content team by offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
Required Skills
- Excellent listening comprehension and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable quiet environment for focused listening.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online applications and communication tools.
- Strong written communication skills for articulating clear and concise feedback.
- A genuine passion for podcasts and audio storytelling.
