This is a 100% remote position where you will be instrumental in connecting prospective clients with our innovative software solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify potential leads, then skillfully schedule product demonstrations for our sales specialists. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn the ins and outs of sales development in a fast-paced technology environment. Full training on our products, sales processes, and CRM tools will be provided, setting you up for success in this vital client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality demonstration opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm product demonstrations for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for scheduled and completed demonstrations.
- Stay informed about HubSpot products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
