Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Public Health Admin to join our Community Medical Center team in Parap. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our public health programs and services. The successful candidate will be a vital link between health professionals and the community, contributing to the efficient delivery of healthcare initiatives and patient support within a busy and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinic staff and public health programs.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and general office correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintenance of health information systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate logistics for community health events and outreach programs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical forms, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support the preparation of presentations and educational materials for public health initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or office support experience (minimum 1 year).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
