Job Description

Toll Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Offsiders to join our team in Grafton, NSW. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart their career in logistics. You’ll play a crucial role in our delivery operations, working alongside experienced drivers to ensure goods reach their destinations safely and efficiently. Full training will be provided to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Verify delivery items against manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Navigate various delivery routes and customer locations within the Grafton area.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided, if required).
- Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
- Support team members to achieve daily delivery targets.
Required Skills
