Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Medical Supply Packer to join our team in Swan Hill. This full-time, ongoing position involves working in a clean room environment, responsible for accurately and safely packing medical supplies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adhere to strict health and safety protocols. You will be a crucial part of our supply chain, ensuring that medical products are prepared for distribution with the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack a variety of medical supplies into designated containers and boxes.
- Operate within a clean room environment, adhering to all sterile procedures and gowning protocols.
- Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to follow strict instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
