Job Description
Join the Woolworths team in Fremantle as a Night Fill Crew member. This part-time role involves working during night hours to ensure our store shelves are fully stocked and presented to the highest standards for our customers. You will play a crucial part in maintaining product availability, rotating stock, and assisting with general store presentation tasks, ensuring a positive shopping experience for everyone. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and move stock from delivery areas to sales floor
- Accurately stock shelves, ensuring products are placed in designated locations
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (FIFO – First In, First Out)
- Maintain clean and organised aisles and work areas
- Ensure accurate pricing and clear signage on shelves
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with general store duties as required by management
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for night shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving stock
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Commitment to workplace safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Familiarity with supermarket operations
- Basic understanding of stock rotation principles
