Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in logistics with a company that values growth and development? Toll Group in Mount Gambier is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Despatcher (Trainee). No prior warehouse experience is required! We are looking for someone with basic computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude. This is an entry-level position where you will receive comprehensive training to become a vital part of our despatch operations. You will learn to manage outgoing shipments, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate record-keeping, all within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of outgoing shipments under supervision.
  • Learn to accurately record despatch information using our internal computer systems.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Help with basic inventory checks and stock movement documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organised despatch area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to learn new skills.
