Job Description

Join our dedicated medical team as a Part-time WFH Scheduling Assistant. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to manage patient appointments and clinic schedules from your home office. We are looking for an organised, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our patients receive timely and efficient care coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate patient appointment schedules for multiple practitioners.
  • Confirm appointments with patients via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling systems.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients regarding scheduling changes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to patient flow as required.
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations.
